Yes this place is older but it is well kept for its age. I do not have out of the ordinary pest issues THANK GOD. Living in Atlanta you can expect a water bug or two coming up from the pipes or somewhere, but its not an issue of infestations or anything like that. I have not had any problems with the staff at all. They seem to be very helpful to me whenever I come in or call. For the most part, maintenance request have been taken care of in a timely manner and overall I like my apt. The price is EXCELLENT for this area and I LOVE the fact that im on a smaller property. The property doesn t get alot of traffic b/c its sort of hidden and I like that. Not having a gate isnt an issue at all. I feel like when communities have gates there are more issues. I'm glad I made the decision to move here. The only thing I wish is that I couldn't hear my neighbor above me. But I have to realize that I live in apartment and not a house on acres of land...It is what it is.
