I enjoy living here. The new manager has made some great improvements. Things are cleaner and maintenance is better.

Hmmmmmmmm, I wonder who could have written this..could it be "the manager"? Smells fishy. Don't rent here, there's way better options in Atlanta for the money. Rent from someone who actually cares and uses the rent revenue to upgrade the apartments every 5-10 years instead of pocketing it.
