If you want a nice apartment that has a lot of space, luxury, and is for a great price; this is it.....
There are only a few apartments in Atlanta that can fit into this category.
I am so happy to come home to a really nice apartment everyday.
It feels like I'm advertising for them........lol

I have lived at this complex for over 10 years, and the place has really gone downhill. Roof over fireplace has leaked for years and ceiling fell in this past January. Took them 2 wks to fix, during which time I still had to pay for cable I couldn't watch and heat going thru the hole, and now there's a big ugly scar in the ceiling where the paint doesn't match. They cut down most of the trees behind our deck, the "wooded view" we pay extra for, and now have a great view of the porno store's parking lot, rendering my deck useless unless I want all the pervs to see me on the deck. Privacy fence being re-built? Yeah, right. Resident mgr of the month doesn't really care. Police were here TWICE 2 wks ago, once searching for someone and the next day at 5:30am detaining a group of young men on my cul-de-sac. My rent is going up another $25.00 to OVER $1000 when my lease expires, WAY too much for a non-gated 2 bdrm apt, with no fitness center and the pool is open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day (3 mos). Have looked at brand new apts around here, gated, fitness centers, no mold in the walls, pools open most, if not ALL year round, ceiling fans in all bdrms and living room, under cabinet lighting, they have all the things I consider luxuries. Check out places like Walton Falls instead, or Chastain Terrace, better places, new, and rent will be less than what I pay now before my lease runs out at this dump. This place is half empty so they are renting to anyone: check out the GBI website, and you will find TWO convicted felons on parole living here. Nice, huh!
