Flooding,MOLD, Roaches,termites,spiders........

A section of theceiling fell into the kitchen sink while I was at work one day. Same thing happened in the bathroom couple months later. Have watched water leak in and literally pour down the mini blinds, over the ceil, down the wall onto the carpet. AH! and the carpet has been under water 6 times in 6 months over an inch deep in areas. Took the padding up & let the carpet "air dry" HELLO! The mold growth under carpet and in the walls sent me running! Had to break lease, for my own health and safety !! The management is THE WORST EVER in my 22 years of apartment living!! (and I am not just venting, THEY ARE A JOKE!) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DON'T make the mistake of being dazzeled with the 5 minute apartment viewing full of smiles and promises! and DO read all 30 pages of the lease BEFORE you sign it!
