(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

This apt community is the Slum of Mid-town Atlanta!!!!!!!! Not only does the Gate not work ... EVER!!!!!!! but this is now the Third TIME we have had no water with not even a letter from the "so called" management group saying we would be without it today. I called at 5:30 P.M. and was told "That it would be on later tonight" It is now 2:00 am and there is STILL NO WATER!!!!!!!!!!!! Combine that with the fact that the air IS NEVER is working properly and That my Bathroom ceiling is still not repaired after 6 months and I am now starting my 3rd month with Air conditioning not working properly and having a $200 power bill for a 600 sqft Apt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would Recommend that "NO ONE EVER RENT AN APARTMENT HERE AT MORNGIGSIDE COURTS" This place used to be the best in all Midtown now it is just a SLUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have rarely seen an Apartment community go down hill so fast and have never been treated so poorly by a "management group" either. I just hope other do not make the same mistake we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There aren't too many decisions that I regret having made in my life but deciding to move here a month ago is perhaps the worst one ever!
