(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

The Maintance here is horrible. Utilities are VERY high. The FEES are extreemly high. I have never seen fees to be as high as they are here. I have lived at many different communities and this is by far the worst. Every resident living here complains all the time at the pool about how the management and corporate management service is. Everyone is NOT re-signing leases. I am not re-signing my lease. That is what it will take for them to actually realize just how bad they are.

I can go to a nicer place and pay the same in rent and less in utilities and fees. Pet fee is high and you pay an additional 30 dollars per month to have a pet. Returned check fee if was to hapen is 60 dollars plus a late fee of 175 on top of that.

The power company they use Heartland Regional Power company sent out a bill for last month of 79.00 for a two bedroom apartment.

And that is exactly what I intend on doing. They say they are Luxury Apartments. They are not Luxury apartments. People have to wait for there Air conditioner to work and one resident had to wait three weeks.

I looked at this place in June when I was searching to move out of Sloan Square. The maintenance staff consisted of one person; there was only one person in the office to talk to both prospective residents and current lessees; the property looked quite rundown. Not a step up from the admittedly non-luxury Sloan Square. Reading these reviews has made me breathe a sigh of relief - I'm so glad I didn't move into Morningside Courts.
