The intent of my review is to inform prospect and current tenants' that Morningside Courts is an amiable environment. The inhabitants are very diverse yet the site is serene and secure. The staff makes up a devoted, straightforward, and convivial team.
Therefore, I will recommend this apartment complex to those individuals who are seeking inexpensive rent, superb location, and a friendly staff and neighbors.

I lived there and just have moved down the road to Monroe place. I have found the price with rent and utilities to run about the same as Morningside Courts. I live at a nicer place about the same price. With all the complaints about maintaince issues, I decided not to renew my lease and go some where new. It would be nice to think that the Leasing office personnel have changed but I wont hold my breath.

Just wondering if tstaunton lives in the same complex as me!!!! How long have they lived here? obviously I wish what they say is true but alas it isn't. Don't fall for this crap, this place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rent is expensive for how crappy the apartments are. The location is horrible because it takes forever to get into the apartment from Piedmont onto Wimbledon, and traffic on piedmont trying to get into midtown has taken me over 20 minutes to get to 14th. The staff and maintenance are rude and destructive. You sir, are wrong.

I muse be living at a different complex - Morningside Courts is horrible. This person must be part of the management office. Since they don't take care of the property and treat it like Section 8, they have enough time to post false reviews.
