(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

How could such a nice place go so bad, so quickly'

I've lived here since 2006 and it's clear that management spends more time on here creating positive reviews than actually managing the apartments. Since The Connor Group took over this place is more like a ghetto than a "luxury apartment".

There are rats (big, chihuahua sized rats) all over the place - What happened to the pest control that the previous owners used'

The units are not "renovated" as stated in a few of the apartment sites. My gas stove is so old it has a pilot light and it blows out constantly creating a HUGE hazard for me and the people that live around me. The Heater/AC unit is constantly breaking and when they do show up they ask me "what have you done to it'"

The wind blows around the front and patio doors so much that it's impossible to keep it warm in the winter/cool in the summer.

The pool looked like a cest pool until recently but then they cleaned it and let it go back to crap again.

They have started renting to whomever comes in the door - yet still the place seems almost deserted because all of the good residents have moved out.

The staff is rude - and I don't mean "I don't have time for you" rude, I mean "We don't give a crap about our job or you" rude.

I can't wait to be getting out of here once my lease ends. Luckily I've had a good talk with the City of Atlanta about the health hazards and hopefully this place will either be fixed up or shut down. The Connor Group certainly has no clue how to run an effective business.
