(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

Not a "luxury" apartment complex, do not consider

This apartment complex is marketed as a "luxury" apartment complex, and it could not be farther from the truth. They advertise 24 h emergency maintenance...I have lived here almost 4 years, used the service 2 times (it's just a voice mailbox), and neither time did someone respond until later the next day. The office staff used to be responsive and helpful in a timely manner, but now they are completely non-responsive to important requests. For instance, I had a leak in the ceiling of my apartment (closet) with growing mold, and I had to leave several notes requesting service and contact The Conner Group personally in order to get it fixed 2.5 weeks later. A similar problem occurred with a broken dishwasher. Also, you have gas heating, which makes me completely broke (or freezing cold) in the wintertime.

The noise has never been a problem, and there aren't big problems with crime either. But, the service and amenities are far from adequate.

One vehicle has been broken into and one vehicle stolen. This place sucks. Don't move here.
