The biggest mistake I ever made was renewing my lease here, and the second biggest mistake was moving here in the first place. The management staff is AWFUL - completely incompetent and totally lacking in any type of common courtesy or follow-up skills. My air conditioner has completely broken yet again, the 3rd time in less than a month. For several days, I have had to repeatedly call for an update because I know from past experience they will completely ignore the issue unless you stay on top of them every day. Not to mention, my electric bills have soared to nearly $150 per month, even though I have kept the thermostat set at 76 (when the A/C does work).

Sure, the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for - NOTHING.

Living there is not cheap in anyway. Your water bill is out the roof and then you have a gas bill on top of that with a huge electric bill. If there is one thing I have learned, its to never rent from the Connor group again. They are cheap, have horrible staff, they say they remodel however if you look at the properties, its always a cheap job done. The people they let move in are messy and nasty. They let any body rent from them. I will NEVER rent from The conner Group. My lease is over and I will never make that mistake again. I heard complaints all the time. This is one of the worse management companies I have ever experienced. I have friends that still live there however they will leave once there lease is over. You can go live at the Heights for the same amount of money with free cable and internet for the same amount of money you pay for rent, water, gas and electric. So make sure you make the right choice before you move into a Conner group property.
