Don't make the mistake of leasing here. This place has had three different office management teams in the past 4 months! The current management team is horrible and rude. They are currently harrassing tenants whose leases are about to expire to move out of their current apartment and into a "renovated" unit and pay the new higher price. The one bedrooms will start at $1,000. That is a complete joke for this place. I moved out at the end of August to a newer complex in the area and it's cheaper than living at Morningside Courts. Morningside Courts has to be atleast 20 years old. The complex needs alot of work if they are going to charge that kind of rent. The renovations consist of new cabinets, counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. I have a few friends that I have referred to this property and they tell me that the gate hasn't worked for nearly a month. Be careful when you take your garbage tot he dumpster because there's rats running in the bushes. The pool was closed earlier in the summer by the health department. The fitness room is nasty and dirty. The utilities are insane. The gas bill is out the wazoo. The water/trash/sewage bill averages $65 per month. Then electric on top of that. There's a "Luxury" sign at the entrance. Don't be fooled, this is NOT luxury. My friends will all be moving out at the end of their leases. There's alot of vacant units. The new pitiful management sent out a flyer to the current residences asking them to refer their friends and get $750 off their rent. That goes to show how down hill this place has gone. I highly recommend one of the newer complexes in the area, they are ALL electric and water/sewage/trash is included in the price.

isnt this the truth. The completely messed up my rent and are saying I didnt give them a check and now I am getting an attorney involved. This place is a joke and the people who there are idiots. The Management company? Well that speaks for itself. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL WISH YOU HADNT.
