When I moved to Atlanta, I wanted to move my sister here as well and thought this would be a good, safe, central location for her. WRONG. After visiting, meeting with the staff, and speaking with several residents, I can't believe this place is still in operation. On several occasions when I visited the entry gate was broken and not providing security. I later found that many Atlanta residents knew the code and that it is not routinely changed. Upon entering the rental office, I immediately noticed the holes in the wall, numerous stains on the carpet, and general disrepair of their office. If they can't maintain an office, how can they maintain the units' I met with three residents who had numerous complaints and were seeking to move from the complex. I was drawn to the cluttered and junky looking patio areas, and the noisy AC units. I learned that several of the units were noisy, and several did not work at all, leaving the units without heating and cooling. While I was there visiting the residents, I was overwhelmed with the extremely loud noise from other residents. Completely ridiculous!
To top it off, when I followed up with the staff in the office, they were obnoxiously rude, a complaint I also head from residents. I will NOT be moving my sister here and sincerely hope that a new company takes over this property. Location is nice, but it isn't worth living in Hell.

This company is known to purchase properties and run them into the ground. All the properties they have, show numerous problems. I think the Better Business Bureau needs to be aware of this company as they are very misleading to the consumers.
