(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

I think it says it all if you read the responses to the positive posts. Clearly it is someone working there who logs in and says of all these great things because there's no way someone thinks that this place is a good deal AT ALL... the utlities are crazy expensive. I've already posted a response to some idiots positive feedback so all i'm saying is for anyone looking for an apartment...read the responses to these posts... this place is terrible

Yep. This place is a joke. The management company here runs apartment complexes right in the ground. They hire inexperienced people to manage as well as maintainance. I live in a nice place and pay about the same as I was paying at Morningside and this place is amazing and they are strict and all about keeping the grounds to perfection. I WILL NEVER LIVE AT A CONNER GROUP APT COMPLEX AGAIN. EVER.
