(user photo) The was the view out of my thurd floor 1 bedroom apt. You can see the entrance onto the patio on the left. Fireplace is on the right out of frame, and ceiling fan is above, out of frame.

I hate living here. Don't be suckered in by the "low" rent. You will end up paying HIGH utilities. The water bill is $100 a month!!!!!! Who uses that much dang water'! This place is also a crime magnet. If you go to the Atlanta Police Dept's website you can download the crime data for 594 wimbledon - http://www.atlantapd.org/index.asp'nav=CrimeMapping The electric bill is out the roof too. The ACs don't cool, so you're constantly running the AC to try and maintain 75F. Then ofcourse there's the gas utilities which run like $70 a month and that is just for heating water. I don't even use my stove!!!! A lot of less than appealing people have been moving in and have no respect for others. NO NO NO I am moving in September and will be the happiest person.

couldn't agree with you more i have figured out a way to save on gas a little; if you pull your stove out you can manually turn off the valve for the gas. I've had Georgia natural gas come out and check then line and they said there is no gas leak but somehow turning off that valve has saved me $30/month. As far as everything else, i still pay out of the ass for utilities and I am counting down the days until i can move out of this ---- hole
