Mt. Vernon used to be a nice place. Korman has really let it slide. Poor customer service, poor exterior maintenance, quality of residents is getting bad. Noisy. Graffiti is becoming common. Missing shutters, rotting wood trim, ants everywhere.

There are better choices in Dunwoody.
