Actually I haven't lived here so the only rating that I have personal experience with is the office staff. I thought I had rented an apartment a month ago with a move in date of September. In the meantime the apartment management changed and they conveniently lost my paperwork and rented out my apartment. I was never notified of this change. If I hadn't just happened to call them, I would have arrived from cross country with a moving van full of stuff and no place to live. I had to do all the legwork via phone with the former manager to locate my file. (Amazing, they had weeks to find my file, and I was able to help them locate it in one day.) Obviously, the apartment I was promised wasn't available. They made no offer of concession whatsoever on my rental price, and in fact treated me like a liar until they found the file. Even then, they made out like it was a big deal that they were honoring the previously agreed upon price, even though the apartment I wanted wasn't available. The fact is, this is a money-making corporation that treats its tenants as money machines and not as people. I'm already treated like a number at work, I don't need to be treated like that where I live.
