very very very bad maintenance, rude & careless staff--- forget this

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I'm living here from last couple of yrs. Unfortunately I renewed my lease before new management take over. Initially I thought old management is not good. But they are far better than the current one. They increased rent upto sky high. water bill is getting more. I used to pay around $10 per month for single bed. now I'm paying almost $30/month. Maintenance is not good. you don't receive proper answer from Office people
