I have been living here for about 2yrs now and my lease gives up in a few months and I will be moving to another state. I have not been successful in finding anything that will live up to this apartment complex. It is very spacious, walls are pretty thick I never hear anything but the upstairs tenant at times. They offer exterminators if you need them for free every monday but I have yet to come across any bugs in the 2 yrs i've been here. Maintenance is very quick on there feet they fix any problem in 24 hours of request the change the filters every 6 months and upon request if you are short or need help fixing a light because the ceilings are very high they will come and change them for you. I do suggest a second floor apt not many stairs and no bug problems. A friend of mine has a first floor apt and every spring she gets ants but I have never seen any yet. The only problem I have is the rent it is a little high and it increases 8-11% every year. there is a nice feature in these apt they include a washer and dryer and the usual fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is close to grocery stores, malls, and marta (public-transport)

Hun! What building you stay in? My roommate and I stay closer to the main entrance. We have bugs here and there (Silverfish/House Centipedes). I must say, we are very CLEAN individuals, and although we do everything we can to keep them out, they still manage to appear. I do agree with you on the high pricing of these apartments (especially for them not to have the common upgrades---Stainless Steel kitchens, granite, updated lighting fixtures, berber carpet/ hardwoods). Come on, for $1350 for 2bed 2 bath.... I need more than an ALL WHITE KITCHEN & formica counters! I cannot wait till the end of May! Drexel, here we come!
