I lived there 5 months. I knew of over 20 car break-ins during the last two. secured doors that everyone knows the codes to. "parking lot" is only partially paved, not secure,not enough parking anyways, and under-lit. People regularly going though trash dumpsters (which sit inches from parking spots, what a lovely smell) and hitting you up for money or cigarettes.
I had an "unrenovated model" but judging by how this place is managed and maintained..... Roaches roaches roaches. Want something fixed' You will wait and it will be done poorly. Lawn maintenance (not that there is any lawn) is done too often and before 9am. screened patios with torn screen and frames, wood floor rotting (mine actually had someone's heel go though it) Not roommate friendly. There was a door between our two rooms, could hear the other person breathe. Kitchen is smaller than most bathrooms and closets are smaller than most phone booths. ELectric bill thru summer was outrageous, glad not to have had to go thru a winter.

Definitely NOT worth the money. Is a hole, should be completely rehabbed if not torn down. Oh, did I mention the abandoned apartment building next to it' The brick wall is literally about to fall into the alley. That one should be condemned.
