I love living here. I am moving out to go to a new city but if I was in Atlanta, I wouldn't live anywhere else. You can walk to..grocery, movies, bars, library, coffee shops, 3 bus lines. you can walk to Little 5 and see a band or buy overpriced vintage clothes. There are different bars around so you can find one you like. You can stagger home from the Clermont Lounge (if that ever happens to you)

I hate driving, I even hate driving in Atlanta even more. I don't put any miles on my car living here. And in 2 years, my car was never broken into. Are the aprtments amazing, no- not really. They do have some character, high ceilings, hardwood floors, french doors. They are CHEAP CHEAP, which is important to me. The staff here is not amazing either, but they are a leasing staff- they don't work for tips and really don't have trouble keeping the place full. And if people visit you from out of town you can put them right across the street at the Highland Inn.

For the money and being the only affordable thing in the area, it is a no-brainer. If you want a really nice place that people will ooooo! and ahhhhh! at- this ain't it. If you want a great apartment in a great area (the best in town in my opinion) then try your hardest to get a place here.
