You get what you pay for. I do think the apartment manager is a heavy drug user. If you're coming home late at night there's a good chance you won't have a place to park. If you do find a place to park your car may be scratched or dented because the spaces are so tiny that there is no room for error. Oh, how could I forget the constant flow of homeless people who dumpster surf. I asked one man why everyone comes to our dumpsters to look for food/clothing and his answer was we have the best stuff in the neighborhood. This is a fact among the homeless community so I imagine this will not go away soon. It's not the safest, well-lit, or best complex around but it will do if you want to live in a great location. If you can afford better please do so. If not prepare to be harassed by the homeless, get your vehicle scratched up, and search all night for parking
