Horrible Staff & Bad Experience for 2 years

I lived at the North Highland Steel apartments for 2 years. I do NOT recommend this apartment. The apartment is built with cheap materials and I could hear every movement my neighbors above me made. In addition, parking is ALWAYS a problem. They do not have enough parking spaces for one of the buildings in the complex. The apartment is overpriced and not attractive.
In addition, the staff at North Highland Steel decided to send me to a collections agency after I had moved out of the apartment and NEVER attempted to notify me of the payment ahead of time.
Do NOT live here! It is overpriced, unfriendly and may send you to a collections agency without ever contacting you ahead of time.
