I am a resident...and unfortately I am a student...so I have not much say in what I can afford. This location is nice and the grounds are nice. However, I live in the studio and the bugs are my roommates. I have mold in the bathroom and even my bedroom. I told management about it and all they gave me was a dehumidifier. I have never lived in such filth in my life. Despite my cleaning efforts and the mold will not go away, the wood floor under the carpet is rotten. When I toured the apartment I asked the property manager if the apartment had ever been flooded, his reponse was "no", however the floor molding is water rotten. I have a leak in my bedroom, which pulled the paint from the walls and saturated the carpet. Once again maintence did nothing to help. There are hole in all the cabinets into the cement wall behind. (i suspect this is where all the roaches are coming in) I told management about the ant, roach, and spider problem, they again did not doing anything about it. I invested with my own money bug spray to spray the exterior of my apartment as well as interior. I also purchased calk and a calk gun to close up the holes in the walls. The worst issue I've had with this apartment was the gas leak in the old wall heater. I called the maintence man and he told me to open the windows and leave. I had to call the gas company to come inspect the apartment to make sure it was safe for me to enter the apartment. Did I mention my bathroom door is falling off the hinges and no one would help and only one washer and dryer out of six work'
