Shabby and Unsafe

This apartment is cheap to live in. You get what you pay for. The repairs are not made in a timely manner. For example, it took them over a month to fix my door lock. This put me in a very dangerous position. Also, the lease agreement has stipulations that are not industry standards. For example you must give 60 days notice and then also pay a termination fee and forfeit your security deposit. Finally, the staff will not return your phone calls or emails. When they finally do get back to you they are hostile and impolite. It's funny that I actually paid to be treated like that.
