Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
In August 04 I said I liked it so far, well things have changed since then. I was happy as pie when I moved in May 2005. I moved to something 250% times better! Good luck with the search!
Upon move out, the management was not helpful at all in my move out in 2005. I was told by maintenace I could leave some items in my apt for they will take care of them and I got charged a fee for trash of $25.00. OK I could deal with that. But then I get some crazy bill for almost $250 for water'''' What the heck! I paid my water bill through the carrier Argen so why would I be charge some crazy fee. ALL THE STUFF I HAD TO THROW AWAY BECAUSE OF THE ROACH MOTEL I LIVED IN COST ME MORE THAN $250.00. I should have been sending manangement a bill.
I wrote letters and called Carter-Haston and they are just as rude.
I also reported them to the better business and housing authority. I refuse to pay that and they put it on my credit report but I am fighting that.
Yes there are worse but this lack of competance and customer service is worth paying more elsewhere....
