Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
I lived at te Oaks for 4 years. The place was nice and quiet and well kept. They did a renovation of the exterior and interior a in 2001. I think they no longer want to invest any more money in such an old property. The final straw for me was the HUGE rat that had somehow gotten into my apartment. Along with the roach problem and the new low class tenants who litter the place with trash. The place is now officially a dump. Do not move therer.
