Went from 5 star to 1

These apartments used to be fantastic but now are a joke. The prices are reasonable but current leases are increasing by $50 dollars a month with fewer amenities than what we originally had. Complex claims to have lighted tennis courts but courts have no nets and lighted apparently means lit by sun as there are no lights anywhere. The gate has not worked consistently for years. It takes two to three calls before maintenance fixes your problems. Gym equipment is often broken (treadmill has been broken for 2 years)and gym is locked during open hours frequently. The pool is not always cleaned on the same day of the week, so a trip to swim is a craps shoot whether or not it'll be open. The location is fantastic and the apartments are spacious but those are the only draws. Rent would be a bargain if amenities were as advertised, but since management ignores needed maintenance it is no better than an apartment in the 'hood.
