deposit snatchers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Will take your deposit after 3 days even though they say they will hold the apartment for 10 days. My husband is in Emory for bone marrow transplant and has not gotten paid since April. He needs a place close to the hospital and have had a hard time finding a place that would work with us. Oaks of Briarcliff took $200 from us even though they knew our situation.
