It is a shame so many reviews "BASH" communities on this site and you never hear how the staff constantly goes out of the way. Hopefully this review will start a "trend" for people to shed more positive light ... let people know how this community goes over and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis.

This place has had numerous changes in the past 4-5 years and we have seen them all. It has recently had a trend of "good" managers. Two gentleman in particular have completely changed my perspecitve of living here and my husband and I just renewed for a 4th CONSECUTIVE term.

If you read these reviews, some have points. YES, these apartments are 40 years old HOWEVER, 5 years ago they replaced EVERYTHING in the kitchens including the appliances!! Actually, they replaced everything with the exception of the tubs and bathroom tile. YES, they have had parking issues in the past HOWEVER, the new manager recently implemented parking passes to all residents SOLVING this problem. YES, there was a manager a while ago whol et the "bug issue" get out of control for about 30-45 days HOWEVER, the new manager came in, fired the old guys, hired new pest gus and now all is well. YES, the gym treadmill had issues HOWEVER the other 1000 square feet of the gym is fine. IN ADDITION to all the attention to our community lately, they have added latino classes once a week, stepped up the resident "socials", provide a resident DAY once a month and feed us breakfast twice a week (and it is actually set up very nice).

They have also painted the parking lots, paid special attention to overgrown trees and stuff around the place, fixed all the interior and exterior lighting, pressure washed around some of the buildings and the list continues.

Is it the "cream of the crop" ... the "Taj Mahal" ... NO. It is 40 years old. HOWEVER, for the price, space, LOCATION, LOCATION, what you get for the money... it is one of the best deals intown. Great people live here. It is a shame that they do not get more positive feedback for such an amazing effort and such drastic changes in the past 4 months.
