they make money on trash too. we should threw them into trash

Actually we do not make money on trash. We get a bill monthly from Dekalb County Sanitation that is more than what we collect from residents. Every company/property I have worked for in 2 states charged a trash fee. In fact most of the companies I know of in the Atlanta metro area charge trash fee's (some higher than what you pay). Just as home owners have to pay trash fees. Anywhere you live you have to pay for trash removal. Sincerely, Wesley Jones Property Manager

i do not have any complaints on the one you explained, Mr. Property Manager. when i was living there people threw trash on the open space. you guys ridiculously charged on everybody no matter if they threw trash there or not. and you guys are deposit snatchers. i lived in many places after yours. they gave me most of the deposit back to me. man!!!!!!! you guys just snatched my deposit and took more money apart from the deposit saying some freaking stupid reasons. I think you need to change your rules out of miseries. stop throttling people, the people who comes to your apartments are not that rich. they come to your apartments thinking they could save some money, instead you are robbing them with your stupid rules!!!
