just beware that if your rent starts at or around 650.. you will probably end up paying 800 by the end of your lease. BS fees they dont tell you about..everything else is cool but we leased the apt. because our price range was between 600-650..not 800.maintnence is also piss poor.and that lady in the office has an annoying voice.the worst i've heard.

In response to this comment I would like to say that there are no BS fee's that we (the office staff) dont tell prospective residents about. When some one comes into the office to lease we give them the base rent for the apartment. Then tell them there is a $10 trash fee and $3 pest control fee. This is all written down on an agreement that the prospective resident signs. We also tell prospective residents that we do not cover any utilities and that water/sewer will show up on there monthly rent statement (billed by an independant company) that is mailed to them. However, if someone has rent of $650 there is no way they will pay $800 a month unless they use an an extreme amount of water/sewer. Also, I find it extremely offensive and classless to mention how someone's voice is. Unless you know the facts behind why someone's speaks a certian way or has a particular voice tone, you should keep that opinion to yourself. Sincerely, Wesley Jones Property Manager
