I first would like to commend Allison, building manager for the way she carefully took care of my family and myself. Every work order that I placed was immediately responded to and taken care of. One Soverign place made me feel like family and not a just a tenant. Allison catered to our every need. Her pleasant personality and knowledge of the property has been so appreciated. One of my sons just recently purchased a (5) bedroom home in Henry County, and asked me to live with him and the grandchildren. I was sad to leave One Sovereign Place and Allison. It is very hard to please and meet every tenants needs; especially with such a large property such as One Sovereign,but Allison has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I am in Commercial Real-Estate management, and I can honesty say that One Sovereign Place cares. 95% of why tenants stay in a property, is because of the service they receive. Thanks Allison for caring, loving and taking care of us during our stay. God Bless you always. You are the BEST!!
