One Sovereign was the first apartment I moved in to out from under my parents roof. I have lived in over 15 different apartment communities in my life spanning three different states including two more since moving out of this property and One Sovereign had one of the nicest staffs I've ever experienced. The apartments are not brand new, they are a little older, but I enjoyed mine a lot and would have loved to stay and transfered from a two bedroom to a one bedroom after my room mate moved, the only reason I moved was only simply for the lack of availability in one bedrooms. I doubt these people would have their apartments so fully occupied if they were as horrible as these former residents are claiming! Allison explained to me apologetically that they only had a few one bedrooms and the tenants had lived there for years so it was rare when one became unoccupied!

The apartments are adorable, I have yet to live in another complex with those cute screened in porches! They have a lovely 'city' feel to them. I was never once plagued with roach problems or pest problems of any kind. Over the year I lived there I did have a few routine maintenance issues pop up that were always finished within days, if not the day of, my complaint. I was VERY impressed with the response time considering when I've lived on older properties in the past I've been met with very long response times and given the reasoning that "older properties need a lot of maintenance" and I'd often be waiting weeks for issues to be handled. One Sovereign Place never made me wait more then a few days!

I really enjoyed my stay there and have been considering moving back pending a job I've been offered in the area. Allison and her leasing and maintenance staff were extremely friendly, very professional, and made my living experience there extremely comfortable.
