Go down the road to Gables Vinnings, Same price range and so much nicer. My co-workers live there and like it. Magnolia is nice to.

Back to the Paces Station. We though we were getting a good deal. $800 2br2bth.
Oh how we were wrong. The water bill is a SCAM. We pay $45/month, and you cant see how much water you used. Water conservation doesnt help its still $45 per month. The gas bill in another scan. YOU HAVE NO CHOICE ON YOUR GAS PROVIDER. Another $35 in the heat of summer, for the hot water heater only.

The staff is as bad a everyone says. Maintaince request after Maintanice request is "fixed" I just give up and do it.
They are just rude.

Dogs are everywhere. And so is the poop. No one picks it up and no effort is made to end the pooping. As for my dog, he is well trained and poops everynight around the club house. :)

The gates are a joke, and never work. No fence anyway. I have actually been blocked out because the gates would not open fully.
