What a terrible choice we made thinking that moving to this side of town and at th rate that they were offering was a gift from god. This place is HELL! You can believe all the other reviews on this property. We have had one maintenance fiasco after another, our kitchen was flooded and the water was spilling out onto the carpet and through the cracks in the floor (causing the neighbor below to have his ceiling cave in). The response from the office was to "put a towel on it", they verbally abused my wife and refused to dispatch the maintenance team because they were working on other projects. They are rude and the bottom of the barrel in this industry. Corporate is a joke! I called and called, sent fax requests for a call and went so far to send a registered letter to the vice-president himself but to no avail, my concerns were not deemed important enough. We are stuck here for the duration of our lease and I dread every morning waking up in this rat hole. Vinings is a greta place to be but don't make the same mistake we made and move into this hell hole.
