I have lived here for over three years. In that time, I have had fewer than ten maintenance requests, and they have been handled in a timely and efficient manner. The utility bills are very reasonable, although I do take issue with the way the water bills are assessed. The reason for that is, the apartments do not have separate meters. I have never had a problem with neighbors. There are a very few people who walk their dogs and don't pick up after them, but if I know where they live, I have reported them and the matter was handled.

There was a problem with a member of the office staff but that person was dealt with and is no longer working here. Yes, I still live here -- and just signed another year's lease.

It always seems it's the biggest whiners who seek out these websites to complain. I love living here and wanted people to know ... it's not as bad as these people say. In fact, it's pretty darn good.
