I have lived here 2 years and cannot wait to move out! There are MANY break in's during the day. The gate NEVER works. Maintenance is a joke and the biggest rip off is that they will not allow you to use the gas company of your choice because they are getting a kick back from Infinity Energy. AND - they never told me going in that because I rented a 2 bd/2 bath apt, that I would be paying as if 2 people occupied the apt when it was just myself. My monthly bill for water, sewer and trash flexuates between $45-$60/month!! I am using an apt. finder to assist me in my next move and utilizing this helpful site to help me make my decisions and they said they get nothing but complaints about this property. I will NEVER rent from Equity again - they do not care about anything other than getting your money!! At least they smile at you while screwing you over!
