Paces Station

Ok everything everyone is saying is true, everything, POST the people who own this place really need to clean this place up. The place has this rail line that literally runs through the complex, I am usually awake at night and I can feel what the residents are going through, rattles, horns, which continues throughout the day. Also Dobbins Air Force base is nearby, and when sleeping in on a Saturday morning the Japanese word "kamikaze" comes to mind....yea it?s that bad. Enough about how you shouldn?t move here because of the image of lower South Georgia project housing, but now for the actual living.
The staff, they suck, I had this Black ----- as my ?agent? or whatever we should call her. She made my move in a horrible phase in life; she didn?t treat me well, like as if I were a lower class then her, and didn?t take things seriously when I asked them. First month my apartment had this smell, the smell is so amazingly ridiculous that there are no more words about it I can type. I?m not a smoker, but that day I moved in, I invited my smoking friends to come o the apartment and we (me also) chief?d the whole apartment up to rid of the stench. Few positives-good big apartments for the price, carpet was nice, interior looks are decent, central AC, many windows, little things were OK. The water bills seems to be split among all the residents, which suks if you don?t use the water a lot, the water itself contains these white pieces which often block the shower head, kitchen floor is 20yrs old and remains sticky forever, I have chosen to place newspaper everywhere, the bathrooms are from the previous century, and did I mention that smell which is still here as I type this 5months later. The apartment in size is great but the amenities given within the place are very old and needs to be renovated, but even then you can not ever move here because of the war going on outside with trains N planes. I signed a 6 month lease, this is the 5th month, I am outa here next month going over to Peachtree st. at Wesley Townshed, pricey yes but well worth it, considering its modernized with T1 lines, and covered parking, little things that matter. Just don?t move into this area of Vinings, great location but you?ll regret it. So many things I haven?t pointed out but read all reviews, person who thinks this place is great should be crucified, unless their opinion was made in the late 1800?s.
