Paces Station

I currently live at Paces Station. Hereýs what Iýve noticed. The staff is friendly on the phone until you actually say youýre a resident, you then become a nuisance.



As far the the fires go - that really has little to do with a property management company, and more to do with the mistakes of the people living in the building. The latest one was caused by someone turning on the oven and not realizing there was something in it.



I live in one of the woodsiest areas right next to the railroad tracks and do not have rodents. I truly believe that comes from your own personal cleanliness. The train is noisy, but itýs part of historical Vinings. Itýs no secret when you move in, the staff canýt hide it from you, and it runs through many Vinings properties.



Here are the BIG problems - enough to make me not sign another lease once mine is up:



Itýs 80 degrees outside and the pool is closed. Not open for another four weeks. Thatýs WRONG on many levels. Oh, you can lay out next to the big empty hole if you like. The water bill is completely unfair. Mine was almost forty dollars, and I live alone. Cýmon guys, you know that isnýt right. I went home today and saw that the gate is finally being repaired - but even as a resident, they wonýt give you a card, you have to punch in a number. Only people who have lived there for a while have cards. Is it really that big of an investment?



Other than those things, the grounds are nice enough and the buildings look nice.I really like my apartment layout and the price is pretty good. My neighbors are awesome and the location is unbeatable. Iýve noticed that there are quite a few residents who have been there for a long time, so it canýt be all bad. I donýt think youýll find a better place for the price, but you can certainly find a better place.
