NOT ONE GOOD REASON TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!

Imagine this: you move in to your new apartment and find a man in your bathtub still painting...your apartment isn't ready yet!!! Then after all is moved in, you start to notice more: golfball size holes in the walls to the exterior of the apartment- inviting the bugs in!!, a large gash on one corner of the wall that took over a week to fix, 1,000s of ladybugs surrounding your windows and coming into the apartment b/c of the poor insulation and when you call the leasing office, the girl says, "Ahh, but ladybugs mean good luck." NOT IN THIS PLACE!! It continues...the oven doesn't work, the shelves are broken in the closets, the ice maker won't make ice, and best of all, the air conditioner doesn't work; it constantly ran and our first power bill for the 2-bedroom apartment was $200!!!
