Customer service is non-existant at this
place. Paces Station, which poses as a real apartment complex, is kept in sad shape
and anytime they do have work done, they hire a couple of guys in a truck with no company name on it who do shotty work. Obviously, it's because the management (I use that term VERY loosely)is unwilling to spend a dime on the property. The other issue is the helpless women at the office. The rarely answer the phone and when you do finally get someone on the phone, they never have an answer to your question. Instead they refer you to Cathleen, their poor excuse for a manager, who is rude and refuses to help with even the simplest of problems. To sum it up, this place blows. Don't move here!
