Paces Station

We got out of a lease early from an apartment in buckhead. Me and my boyfriend thought we were moving to a nice quite neighbor back in the woods. The first thing that went wrong was, they leased the our original apartment that was on walk in level. I requested walk in because of the convience of not having to walk up stairs since I was pregnant at the time. So they put on the terrace level facing the street. Then the horror started. We let some months go by. Everytime we needed maintenance, the staff would claim they didn't get the call, it would take main. weeks to come out and even look at our problem and another few weeks to fix it. There have been numerous times that we have been awaken by the cops making drug bust out on the street. Our ceiling in the office started to crack. There is a horrible insect and critter problem that the mananger says that its happening all over Atlanta. And some of these bugs I've never seen before, and I grew up on a mountain. After the tropical storm or kitchen flooded with water and red clay, due to a whole that was in a our electrical closet. So that caused our dining room to flood. We called that night, 4 times. The next day the said that they didnt get the call, it 3 weeks for someone to come and even look at our floors. Mildew started to form and the smell of the old wet carpet was so strong, I was getting bad headaches and couldn't even stay in the house. When someone finally came, he said he would send someone that day with the wet vac. NO one showed for 2 weeks. The sent some clean up women to get the kitchen floor. Finally when the guy did come he took the padding out from under the carpet saying he would return within an hour, didn't show for 2 days. Then another 2 weeks passed and they cleaned the carpet. Both of our sinks are clogged, and 3 weeks ago we were promised a someone to come with liquid plumber. No one yet. The dog poop is everywhere, we said something about people letting their dogs poop right beside our porch, the manager did nothing about it. The smell is horrible starting from the top of the stairs. And they think we're going to renew our lease...um no. No recommendations. Oh and someone tried to break in our neighbors apartment. Made simple by terrace level apartments right by the street with a rail as a gate. In the middle of the day.
