Obviously, most of the people's comments that I have read so far are unhappy with their living arrangement at this property.

I must say, I live here myself and have been a resident for almost 6 years.

I would really like to know where these "so called dungeons" are that people "claim" they live in.

In my 6 year tenure, I have also lived in 6 different apartments on this property.

I started out in a one bedroom and now live in a 3 bedroom (obviously upgrading to a larger apartment each move).

Now, in my opinion, and think about this one...if I have been here for 6 years and 6 different apartments and have had no issues other than minor things (such as air filter changes, battery low on C02 detector, one minor leak stain from a terrential rain down pour, and let's see...Oh! My a/c did go out one time and a brand new unit was installed within 3 1/2 hours), then either what is being said about this place is hogwash or I'm so darn lucky that I need to go buy a lottery ticket.

You do the math.

Honestly, these bad reviews have in a sense, hit me personally, because I am very proud of where I live.

It is indeed a very nice area, beautiful property, very nice people working at the leasing office and on their maintenance staff, and great layouts and on their floorplans.

I really can't see myself leaving here until my husband and I (who, by the way, I met at a resident party here) buy a home one day.

So, to all of the complainers out there, who must not have paid their rent on time and just want something to fuss about, GET A LIFE!!!
