beware, former tenants: we moved out last June, but still got in November some papers from the rental insurance company, saying that we have to pay some rental insurance.

i called the insurance company, and they said that Paces Station did not notified them about the fact that we moved (we sent to the insurance company a letter of cancelation at that time, and the next stept was: Paces Station to confirm them that we moved... well they never did that...), so... as far as they're concerned, our policy was still valid!
