Paces Station would be a very very nice place to live. My major concern is the roach infestation that this place has. I don't really care if they are called palmetto bugs, if it looks like a roach it is a roach. Gas if so high, as well as the water bill. For the many problems I've had since I've been here, it's not worth it at all. I received alittle info on the previous residents that stayed where I currently live, and was very unhappy about that. The crime is usually around the fall and winter, these gates arent' worth a damn, b/c majority of the time they are open, or people go through the exit gate. The leasing staff is cool with the exception of one person who tends to be rude on occasion. Since this is a temporary stay for me, I have a couple of more months until I have to put in my notice, and then I'm out. I understand that we're in a wooded are, but even the landscaping is poor. I can't wait until the day I'm moving out of this neighborhood and to the next that is 50x better on every aspect of how apartment living should be.
