BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!

I think the person who write the other review actually works there and is trying to repair their name.

This is not a good place to live and every other tenant I have ever spoken with feels the same.

Not just 1 or 2 - but many people!

The main problem is maintenance and response.

The office never answers the phone - so you have to leave messages all the time - then they never respond to your messages.

I have found that usually I have to go to the office in person.

Then, maintenance never wants to fix anything.

It takes forever (and sometimes never) to get repairs.

Also, this is a high-crime area.

There have been several break-ins over the past year.

The complex does send out notices about the crimes.

Also, the lights outside rarely work - it is very dark and they of course won't fix anything that may cost them some money.

The gates are always broke as well.

The best thing I can say is that I did have excellent neighbors when I lived there.

Not really any problems there.

But I couldn't wait to move from this place.

If you want inexpensive and convenient it is ok - but if you expect to get even the smallest form of customer service - forget it!!
