Everyone in leasing office rude and not at all helpful. they seemed bothered if you have to come in to ask them anything. Maintenance scary. Guy cleaning the pool in boxers. Nothing ever got fixed correctly. Carpet was stained when I moved in and they wouldn't replace it because they said it was new. Yet tried to charge me when I moved out. Can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Don't know how much the apartment spends replcaing the gate arm every week. It is ALWAYS broken. Everyone knows the code anyhow. the only positive was I was lucky and had nice neighbors.
