I agree with most other reviews: the bugs are terrible and management did nothing to improve the situation; the gates have seldom worked properly, during 1 year of living here there were 2 notices of 'multiple' break-ins before the gates were closed (for at least a week); the vast jump in rent of greater than $115/month (for a 1 year lease) compared to someone new coming in at $690/month'''' There seems to be more energy in bringing in new residents than keeping the current ones.
Anyone looking for a good, clean, and safe apartment complex should look elsewhere.
