The office staff is so uncurteous that they do not even bother to show the apartment. They just jot down the number and say take it if you want. Also they do not stick to a price. The first time I went to look at a 1 bedroom apartment, I was quoted 610. I went the same evening and I was quoted 665 - take it or leave it. Some of the newer apartments are good, but have problems with maintenance. My water heater was fixed at least 3 times before it actually produced some hot water. But the location is close to Publix, HomeDepot. But you can be sure of a steep rental increase when you try to renew the lease. Some apartments are so close to the railway tracks that you may feel the vibrations on the floor, even in the 2nd floor.
