Problems
Bugs, trains, Maint, staff,old building
If you dont have issues with the above it might work for you. I have maint issues, with the entry door, with no deadbolt, light that shines under the door. They would not light the pilot light for two days, even though i sat cold in the apt. Trains come bye on a 90 minute basis. They call it gated but come and look at the gate what a joke.

OFFICE doesnt answer phone or return phone calls or voice mails

I thought every apartment had a dead bolt. I wouldn't think mine is special to have one. As for the train, the apartment complex is right next to train tracts so that should be expected. The maintance staff does take awhile and they never leave a note to tell you if they have been there or not. I had same issue with my pilot lite, it kept blowing out, it took a couple days to fix because it didn't go out until after they left and when i called in i never left msg on the emergancy maint line. Before it was finally fixed, 3 days later, the maint guy came back that night to be sure it all still worked... The office doesn't answer phone if you call on Sat or Sun or late afternoon, it's true.
